WHO WE ARE
MARDAG was founded in 1988 by the van Rijssel family. Their vision was to build a reputable company and introduce Europe’s leading electrical products to the New Zealand market.
An exclusive trading agreement was signed with a German manufacturer in 1992, which became the first of many contracts with global suppliers. Since then, MARDAG has introduced some of Europe's finest electrical products to the New Zealand market and brought a wealth of technical skills and experience to the industry.
MARDAG continues to be family owned and operated. Representing over 35 European manufacturers and delivering innovative electrical products and technical support to Kiwi businesses.
